One of Viktoria’s most significant challenges was moving to South America with minimal knowledge of Spanish and understanding the needs of a new project. She tackled this by immersing herself in the local culture, asking questions, and learning the language. Another challenge was leading a new team in a new country through the COVID crisis. Viktoria relied on close communication and a promise to prioritize the health and safety of her team. These experiences highlight her resilience, adaptability, and commitment to her team’s well-being.
