Viktoria Fedusenko is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in HR. She holds a master's degree in Financial Intermediation from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. Starting her career with an internship at Citibank UA, Viktoria's passion for HR grew, leading her to become HRD at Mitgo UA and HRBP for three business units. Known for her resilience and ability to manage teams through crises, she continuously strives for personal and professional growth.
