VIKTORIA ON WORK-LIFE BALANCE

Viktoria emphasizes that a perfect work-life balance doesn't exist, especially for leaders who strive to change the world. She prioritizes "Me time" daily through self-care routines, reading, sports, and spending time in nature. Viktoria finds that filling her time outside work with meaningful activities helps recharge her and maintain mental health.

VIKTORIA ON LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES

Viktoria highlights that the pandemic and the war in Ukraine taught her to act in uncertainty, find new approaches in managing and motivating people, and care for their well-being and productivity. She believes these challenges have made her a better leader, able to navigate and lead through crises effectively.
