One of the biggest challenges Smeetha Ghosh faced was overcoming her fear of starting something on her own. Coming from a risk-averse family background, taking the leap to start a business in her late 30s required significant courage. This decision was fueled by a deep period of self-reflection and a commitment to mindfulness, which helped her manage negative feelings and remain calm under pressure.
