SHIR ON WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Shir has learned that there is time for everything, as long as she is being aware of her mental balance. Besides all her activities, she is dancing modern dance at least twice a week. She is also meeting a female friend at least once a week for coffee. When she feels it is too much, she's taking a relaxing massage and visiting the spa. In general, she has learned that mental balance is a dynamic thing and can change often.
SHIR ON PARENTHOOD AND LEADERSHIP
Since she became a mother, her priorities regarding the purpose of her job shifted significantly, and now making a meaningful contribution to the future of society is more meaningful for her.
