Sarah's biggest career challenge was failing her initial engineering school exam, which profoundly impacted her self-confidence. She tackled this by shifting her mindset, focusing on self-trust, and eventually re-sitting the exam, which she passed, illustrating her resilience and determination. This experience taught her the importance of self-belief and the value of pursuing her own path, regardless of external expectations or pressures.
