Founder of Neeps Accounting Services and is a UNWOMEN Business Mentor for Europe and Central Asia and Member of Dubai Business Women Council. She also founded Female Founders' Initiative Global (FFIG) an organization for female founders offering a platform where aspiring and established entrepreneurs can receive support, guidance, and funding opportunities for their startups. The organization's tagline, is: "We don't compete, we collaborate!"

ROSHEEN ON OVERCOMING IMPOSTER SYNDROME
One of the biggest challenges Rosheen faced in her career was imposter syndrome. Despite her qualifications and expertise, she often doubted her abilities and questioned whether she truly belonged in the leadership roles she held. Tackling this challenge involved continuous self-reflection, seeking mentorship, and gradually building confidence through small wins. By acknowledging her achievements and surrounding herself with supportive individuals, Rosheen was able to overcome these self-doubts and fully embrace her capabilities as a leader.
