ROSANNA AS A LEADER
My leadership philosophy is centered around servant leadership, with a strong focus on humanity. I believe in prioritising the well-being of my team and fostering an environment of empathy, commitment, and active listening, I aim to inspire my team to achieve their best results.
Leadership is not listening to the team's needs and opinions. Not having a clear vision.
Great leaders lead by example with integrity and vision, inspiring and motivating others.
The future of leadership is to be comfortable with uncertainty and dealing with ambiguity.
When I think of a leader, I think of Melinda French Gates her courage and taking risks.
TRUE LEADERS EMPOWER EMPLOYEES WITH AUTONOMY AND TRUST, ENABLING THEM TO FEEL SAFE, BE THEMSELVES, AND TO TAKE OWNERSHIP.
