Rosa faced significant challenges entering the tech world, particularly as a woman. Building her business from scratch required navigating funding uncertainties and limited resources. She tackled these challenges by seeking mentorship, continually learning, and maintaining a proactive mindset. Imposter syndrome was another hurdle, especially in male-dominated industries. Rosa overcame this by nurturing self-awareness, focusing on her strengths, and relying on a supportive network of peers and mentors. Balancing work and personal life remains an ongoing struggle, but practices like meditation, breathwork, and sound therapy help her stay grounded and centered.
