Rina Hapciu Mullaademi, born April 19, 1994, embarked on her marketing journey at RIT Kosovo. Before 19, she joined a leading marketing agency in Kosovo, transitioning soon after to a global retail brand. She spearheaded PR for Kosovo’s first multiplex cinema, then launched a shoe company’s e-commerce across nine locations. Pioneering Kosovo's first Albanian dating app with 200,000 initial users, she faced the COVID-19 challenge by founding her marketing consultancy. Now in the UK, she combines her experience with new market demands, continuously impacting the marketing world.
