ABOUT RAWINA
Rawina Benoit is a consultant and advisor for manufacturing companies. Until April 2024, she served as the Plant Director of the Consumer Brands parent plant of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. Over the past 10 years, Rawina has held various strategic and operational roles in supply chain and manufacturing at Henkel in Germany and the US. She previously worked as a management consultant and has been recognized as a Top 40 under 40 by CAPITAL Magazin and a Thought Leader by Handelsblatt. Rawina holds a master's and PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
