RÜMEYSA AS A LEADER

My leadership philosophy revolves around listening and creating inclusive environments that reflect our diverse society. Success to me is about seeing the excitement and engagement in the eyes of those I work with. I believe in empowering individuals, particularly women, through education and supportive community networks, to form their own organizations and take charge of their narratives. My approach involves merging my identities and experiences to foster a space where empowerment and personal growth are paramount.

Leadership is not dictating.

Great Leaders serve for their community or team.

The future of leadership is giving diverse voices the space they deserve.

When I think of a leader, I think of a guide and support mechanism.
