She is the chairperson of the Civil Society and Media Studies Association and has a robust career at YADA Foundation. Rümeysa has spearheaded projects that blend her technical skills with her passion for societal change, focusing on women's rights and inclusive practices within civil society. She also brings her unique perspective into the world of music, being recognized as the first hijabi electric guitarist in Türkiye.
