Great Leaders inspire.
The future of leadership is inclusive (businesses are more global, audiences are more global).
When I think of a leader, I think of a compass (we use this symbol for our company guiding policy, which is our strategy).

PAN ON BALANCING INTENSE WORK PHASES WITH RECOVERY
Pan describes his work-life balance as an interval run, with phases of intense travel and engagement balanced by periods of recovery with less travel and more regular days. He plans his calendar in detail four weeks ahead, blocking time for both business and personal activities. This meticulous planning allows him to maintain his mental health and effectiveness in a demanding global role. By structuring his work-life balance in this way, Pan ensures that he can sustain high performance over the long term while also prioritizing his well-being.
PAN ON LEARNING FROM MISTAKES AND EMOTIONAL GROWTH
One of the biggest challenges Pan faced in his career was being emotionally connected to top management decisions, which led to frustration and complaints. This emotional involvement became mentally taxing, and at one point, he had to quit his job. Over time, Pan learned to control his emotions, turning them into a strength. He now approaches problems with an open mindset, allowing him to tackle them more effectively. This emotional growth has been crucial in his development as a leader, enabling him to navigate challenges with greater resilience and perspective.
