OLGA AS A LEADER
Success to me means having a positive impact on the people and communities around me, maintaining warm, supportive relationships, and finding fulfillment both professionally and personally. I measure success by the smiles of my colleagues, the appreciation of my mentees, and my own balanced life.

OLGA ON OVERCOMING SELF-DOUBT AND HIGH EXPECTATIONS
Olga’s biggest career challenge has been managing her self-doubt and high expectations. It took her a while to appreciate her achievements without focusing on minor imperfections. Coaching, psychotherapy, and regular reflections on her successes have been instrumental in shifting her perspective. She advises others with a similar mindset to maintain a list of monthly victories and record their biggest wins. This practice helps her recognize her progress and maintain a positive outlook on her professional journey. By acknowledging and celebrating her achievements, Olga enhances her confidence and continues to grow as a leader.
OLGA ON ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A HEALTHY WORK-LIFE BALANCE
After experiencing burnout, Olga learned the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and taking care of her mental health. She developed a set of non-negotiable routines, including morning meditation, no-phone policies before bed, info detox days, and dedicated self-care Fridays. She also ensures she gets a minimum of eight hours of sleep, engages in physical activities like sports and yoga, and follows a healthy diet. Olga’s tailored approach to self-care, which includes a support network and reflective practices, allows her to stay grounded and productive. This journey underscores the necessity of self-awareness and disciplined routines in achieving long-term mental and physical well-being.
