Nina Kaiser is a member of the senior leadership board and co-founder of the 4Gamechangers Festival at ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4. With a background in Media, Innovation, Event Management, Marketing, PR, and Entertainment, Nina has had a significant impact on the industry. Born in Germany and educated in Austria, she has risen through the ranks from an apprentice to a key account manager and now to a senior leadership role. Her journey includes 14 years of responsibility for Marketing, PR, and Creative Solutions at Sevenone Media, leading to her co-founding the 4Gamechangers Festival in 2026. Nina is dedicated to continuous learning, innovation, and empowering her team.

Balancing work and personal life has always been a challenge for Nina Kaiser, who has always been a hard worker with many hours dedicated to her career. Despite this, she views it all as her life balance because she loves what she does. However, she acknowledges the wish to have more time with her family. To manage negative feelings, she engages in sports, which helps her maintain mental and emotional well-being.
