Nermine embarked on a 13-year career in marketing and PR within various multinationals. She identified a gap for a centralized community supporting freelancers in the Arab world, leading to the creation of Elharefa, a platform for over 50,000 professionals. Her commitment earned her recognition as one of Egypt's top 50 entrepreneurs and one of MENA's 100 most influential entrepreneurs in 2023.
