NADA ON NAVIGATING CAREER CHALLENGES IN VETERINARY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Nada faced significant challenges in transitioning from a veterinary technologist to a business leader. Initially, she struggled with the business skills needed to manage her veterinary practice effectively. To overcome this, she pursued further education in management, finance, and veterinary business, earning a postgraduate certificate. This educational pursuit enabled her to enhance her leadership skills, understand client needs better, and manage her team more effectively. Her commitment to continuous learning and adaptation has been instrumental in her success, allowing her to make a substantial impact in the veterinary industry in Oman.
NADA ON PROMOTING ANIMAL WELFARE AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION
Nada has dedicated her career to advocating for animal welfare and educating her community about responsible pet ownership. She established the Muscat Veterinary Center to provide high-quality veterinary services and engage in community outreach. Through various programs, she educates children and adults on the importance of caring for animals, conducts sessions in schools and colleges, and collaborates with local authorities on initiatives like the stray dog control program. Nada's efforts have not only improved the lives of many animals but also fostered a culture of compassion and understanding towards animals within her community.
