About
Mahdis
I define success as the ability to work towards meaningful goals that resonate with my values, and having the opportunity to make a tangible impact on others' lives. My career in diversity and inclusion is driven by the vision to create environments where success is determined by talent and hard work rather than background. I strive to foster a culture that values continuous learning and inclusive practices, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive.
Leadership is not command and control.
Great Leaders care.
The future of leadership is empowerment.
When I think of a leader, I think of Oana, one of my former line managers.
