MEMORY AS A LEADER

Memory's leadership philosophy focuses on mobilizing others toward a common aim.

Leadership is not about titles.

Great Leaders are inclusive of every single voice and gives everyone a platform.

The future of leadership is diverse.

When I think of a leader, I think of Haben Girma โ€” the first Deafblind person to graduate from Harvard Law School.

MEMORY ON OVERCOMING IMPOSTER SYNDROME: TRUSTING MY SKILLS, PURPOSE, CALLING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ever had that moment when you're all set for something big, but suddenly feel like a fraud? That's imposter syndrome, and it hit me hard recently. Despite my qualifications and experience, I found myself doubting my abilities and feeling scared.

But here's the thing: I constantly remind myself how hard you worked to get where I am. How God has equipped me for the task and mission,How I earned my skills and achievements. It is time to silence that inner critic and embrace my strengths.

To anyone who might feel the same way, remember: you are more capable than you think. Trust your journey, own your success, step into your potential with confidence and remember that you deserve it because youโ€™re called for it.

MEMORY ON CONSISTENCY WINS

Memory is committed to supporting the next generation of leaders through mentorship and education. She organizes workshops and training programs to equip young people with the skills needed for effective leadership. By using her social media to share her journey, Memory inspires others to make a difference. Her efforts emphasize the value of mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and creating spaces for young leaders to grow and succeed.
