MARTHA ON OVERCOMING IMPOSTER SYNDROME
Overcoming imposter syndrome is a journey of self-awareness and critical analysis. Martha advises observing the actions and results of those around you: Who talks the most, and who actually delivers? In what speed do they progress, and what's the quality of their results? By critically analyzing the mediocrity of people around you, you can gain perspective on your own abilities and achievements. This approach helps in building confidence and overcoming the feeling of being an imposter.
MARTHA ON THE POWER OF COLLABORATION
"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." Martha emphasizes the importance of finding a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Life can often feel slow, frustrating, and demoralizing, but having a crowd that understands and supports you can make all the difference. Sticking together with people who are good for you can help you achieve long-term success and fulfillment.
