ABOUT MACIEJ TADEUSZ
Maciej Tadeusz Palucki, born in Gdynia, Poland, began his academic journey facing discrimination but overcame barriers to study economics and business. As a diversity consultant and former Diversity Manager at BOKU University, he now heads Palucki Diversity Consulting. He is also an ambassador for SDG 5 Gender Equality in Austria. His passion for inclusion is shown through his advocacy for marginalized communities, focusing on impactful diversity projects and gender equality initiatives. Maciej combines his love for running and resilience training to maintain balance and enrich his social impact work.
