As the Managing Director of Food Campus Berlin, she combines business acumen with a deep commitment to sustainability and innovation in the food industry. "Combining business with impact for a topic that I deeply care about: the future of our food system, is what inspires me to go forward in my career." Lia’s work involves fostering collaborations among food and nutrition experts, startups, and corporations to drive sustainable practices and innovation. She co-founded Nutrition Hub, Germany's leading network of food and nutrition experts with 30,000 members, where she empowers experts and supports young founders as a mentor at Startup Teens.

Lia emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence and continuous self-work in effective leadership. "Yoga and meditation are my go-to tools to recalibrate when I feel out of balance," she says.
