"Registering for comedy class forced me to invest time outside of the work environment for dancing, singing, and acting. Having a good work-life balance is essential as a leader if you also want your team members to have one." This approach not only provided a creative outlet but also helped her stay committed to maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Laure believes that spending time with family and engaging in activities outside of work are crucial for dealing with negative feelings and maintaining perspective.

Laure's career has been marked by significant geographic and field transitions, which required her to adapt and build trust in new environments. "Moving from one geography and expertise field to another is both challenging and exciting. The way to overcome this has been by always focusing on listening to others, adding value, and building trust."
