Julia Reichert, originally inspired by teaching and animals, shifted her career to embrace leadership in technology and fertility benefits. With a background in business and finance, including a PhD and 15 years as a management consultant and strategy director, Julia founded ONUAVA to bring fertility benefits to the DACH region, driven by her personal challenges with fertility. Her leadership is defined by her passion for empowering others, especially women, and her dedication to creating supportive environments that respect and enhance work-life balance.
