JUDIT AS A LEADER
Success means feeling happy about the things we do, being loved, and doing something unselfish for others. An old Chinese saying, "Happiness is having something to do, something to hope for, and someone to love," encapsulates my view. I strive to be happy as it equates to success in life and leadership, continuously aiming to contribute positively.
Leadership is not simply about having a management position.
Great Leaders are made much rather than born.
The future of leadership is laying in educating the next generations of young leaders that need special skills in our accelerated and continuously changing world.
When I think of a leader, I think of a person, who has the highest ethical standards and with their charisma they are able to influence others positively, uplift and encourage.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, FAST LEARNING, AND ADAPTABILITY ARE THE SKILLS NEEDED THE MOST NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.

JUDIT ON FOSTERING CULTURAL DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Judit's career has been shaped by her passion for cultural diversity and inclusion. Her experience at Berlitz International, where she led the Hungarian subsidiary, taught her the value of connecting cultures and people through languages and cross-cultural training. Working in a highly multicultural environment, Judit learned to leverage diversity to find new, creative ways of working. This experience has been instrumental in her role as a mentor, where she trains people to be culturally agile and inclusive leaders in global workplaces.
JUDIT ON NAVIGATING WORK-LIFE BALANCE WITH PRIORITIZATION
Judit emphasizes the importance of setting priorities in both professional and personal lives. She believes that achieving a perfect balance is unrealistic and that mental health should always take precedence. By recognizing that it's impossible to perform at 100% in every field all the time, Judit advocates for finding a healthy balance where one can relax and completely unplug when necessary. This approach has allowed her to manage her responsibilities effectively, both as a high achiever in her career and as a mother, adapting and learning to be a multitasker.
MY WHOLE LIFE, CONTINUOUSLY, CREATED SITUATIONS WHERE I HAD TO REDISCOVER AND REEVALUATE MYSELF. LEARNING AND ADAPTING TO NEW THINGS IS A NEVER-ENDING PROCESS. WE ALWAYS CAN AND SHOULD IMPROVE OUR LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
