Iwona Fluda is an award-winning entrepreneur and creator, and the founder of Ministry of Creativity LLC. She elevates brands and events with her expertise in public speaking, design, digital artistry, and marketing. Passionate about promoting creativity through interdisciplinary experiences, Iwona inspires innovation and engagement. She is a fellow at the RSA, holds four degrees, and is an MIT Bootcamps alumna. Currently collecting 384,400 wishes that will be sent to the Moon.

She meditates, creates digital art, goes for long walks, cooks, and reads to manage stress and maintain her mental health. These activities help her stay grounded and rejuvenated, allowing her to navigate challenges with clarity and resilience. Iwona emphasizes the importance of self-care and mindfulness to ensure she can continue to pursue her passions and make a positive impact.

Iwona actively supports the development of future leaders through creative leadership initiatives and impactful projects. She has designed and run programs that empower and inspire young leaders, focusing on empathy, kindness, and creativity. Her work with over 700 girls in need, delivering menstrual products and programs, and helping Afghan refugees leave Ukraine demonstrates her commitment to making a difference. Iwona believes in the power of collaboration and continuous learning to foster a more inclusive and innovative world.
