LIKE THE FAMOUS QUOTE, "THE BEAUTY IS IN THE EYE OF THE BEHOLDER, " SUCCESS IS VERY PERSONAL TO ME. I SUGGEST LOOKING AT SUCCESS PERSONALLY, DEFINING YOUR PERSONAL VISION FOR YOUR LIFE, AND MAKING YOUR OWN CHOICES. SUCCESS IS WHAT YOU CHOOSE IT TO BE. STICK TO IT, BE LOYAL TO YOURSELF.

HELENA AS A LEADER
Helena believes success is very personal and encourages individuals to define success on their own terms, advocating for self-reliance and inner peace over societal benchmarks. She emphasizes the importance of personal definitions of success, urging people to shed imposed expectations like an old skin and focus on personal growth in a direction that feels right for them. This philosophy underpins her approach to leadership and personal development, advocating for authenticity and self-awareness as keys to fulfilling one’s potential.
Leadership is not a status symbol.
Great Leaders are humble and strong.
The future of leadership is unity, acceptance, joint positive impact.
When I think of a leader, I think of many leaders big and small, but mostly kind and selfless, like Janusz Korczak.
LEADERSHIP IS A PATH OF GREAT RESPONSIBILITY FOR OTHERS; THEREFORE, A TRUE LEADER IS HUMBLE BY DEFINITION AND READY TO OWN FAILURE AND SHARE SUCCESS.

HELENA ON OVERCOMING CHALLENGES
I would love to focus on topics like balancing parenting, embracing working parents, and focusing on positive change; yet, at this time of global turbulence and uncertainty, with two wars next door and plenty of ongoing conflicts, I would like to use my voice of leadership and focus on inclusivity and unity.
Harmful elements in our societies, including those on career paths and high echelons, are there to divide and concur.
A real leader is one who can include, unite, and harness differences to leverage plurality of opinion. I call, no, I appeal to all leaders to drop the labels and start seeing people around. They may look different and unfamiliar, and their grandma gave them different life advice. And yet they, you and me can be a team "fix the world".
HELENA ON ADMITTING AND LEARNING FROM FAILURES
One piece of advice I often give to my mentees, students, startups under my wing, and the CEOs I work with is to focus on mental and physical strength. Our work can be exciting, our lives bubbling, and tons of responsibilities kicking us daily. However, quality time with loved ones, quiet minutes of a walk, listening to the wind, and relaxing ahead of an effort and between the races are much needed to survive the marathon that every leader embarks on. There is nothing glorious in burnout, although some managers glorify it.
CONSTANTLY LEARNING, STAYING HUMBLE, AND EMBRACING LOVE HELP ME TO STAY A GOOD LEADER AND ALLOW ME TO FOCUS ON OTHERS AND THEIR NEEDS AND MAP THEM INTO IMPACTFUL DELIVERABLES.
