ABOUT HEIDI

Heidi Duvenage began her career by founding Conscript Africa in 2004, serving as CEO for a decade. She later created SkillsMap Africa, a Talent Acquisition System, which was acquired by Sage within its first year. As Head of Sage Talent Solutions, she expanded the group’s recruitment business across Africa. In 2018, Heidi was headhunted by International Workplace Group to turn around their loss-making Africa business. Within a year, she won the global Sales Director award and was promoted to Country Manager for English-speaking Africa. Heidi’s unique value proposition includes being a serial entrepreneur, profit improvement specialist, and award-winning sales director. Her leadership has driven double-digit growth and profitability across multiple African countries. She recently joined the Adcorp Group as Managing Director of Professional Services.
