Passionate about ethics and digital technologies, she is dedicated to building and optimizing compliance functions through strong stakeholder management, value-driven leadership, and process optimization. Since 2021, Gabriela has led the compliance program at Flo Health.

Over time, with the support of her husband, she learned to accept and celebrate her achievements, recognizing that her dedication and efforts were the true drivers of her success. Gabriela's journey underscores the importance of self-acceptance and acknowledging one's worth in overcoming self-doubt.
