FATEN AS A LEADER

Success to me is making a positive impact in the world. I am on a mission to create positive workplaces through coaching conversations, which wakes me up in the morning.

Leadership is not managing people, it is empowering people.

Great Leaders are a true gem; they are positive, empathetic and excellent listeners.

The future of leadership is coaching.

When I think of a leader, I think of my dad.

FATEN ON BALANCE

Faten navigates her work-life balance by prioritizing her own well-being through regular exercise and faith. She emphasizes the importance of self-care, likening it to putting on your oxygen mask first to better support others. This philosophy enables her to maintain a healthy balance and stay resilient in the face of challenges.

FATEN ON INTUITION

Faten once proceeded with a project despite her intuition warning her against it. When the partnership negatively impacted her business, she realized the importance of trusting her inner voice. She addressed the mistake directly, parting ways with the partner, and sought guidance from her coach to process the experience. This reinforced her commitment to authenticity and the value of listening to her intuition in her professional journey.
