Enas believes that work-life balance is a myth. Instead, she emphasizes understanding the ebb and flow of life and focusing on doing your best while keeping priorities clear. “The most important thing is focusing on always doing your best and not constantly making sure that you are aware of what your priorities are at all times so you don’t sway unconsciously,” she explains. This mindset helps her manage the demands of her role and maintain mental clarity.
ENAS ON BUILDING A MARKET LEADER
Enas's biggest challenge was building Flextock from scratch to become the market leader in e-commerce fulfillment in Egypt and launching in Saudi Arabia. Her perseverance and belief in her team’s capabilities were key to overcoming obstacles. “Believing that we can do it and not letting anything stop us is how that happened,” she shares. Enas's leadership is characterized by her commitment to understanding and addressing the world's problems, which motivates her to push forward.
