Dr. Shanila faced one of her biggest challenges when stepping out of her comfort zone to accept the CEO role. Despite being a successful COO, the mental strain and fear of the unknown were significant obstacles. Through deep conversations with mentors and analyzing the opportunity from a technical perspective, she realized that stepping out of her comfort zone was the best decision. This experience taught her the importance of embracing new challenges and trusting in her abilities.
