Leadership is not dictatorship.

Great Leaders are great friends and initiators.

The future of leadership is within each person.

When I think of a leader, I think of Golda Meir and Margaret Thatcher.

DIANA ON OVERCOMING CHALLENGES OF MOVING ACROSS COUNTRIES

Moving across countries presented significant challenges for Diana, requiring her to adapt to new cultures and environments. Each transition demanded resilience and an open mindset. Losing key partners often left her feeling isolated, but she reached out to friends, family, and colleagues for support. Building new networks became essential, driving her to attend industry events and connect with professionals online. These experiences cultivated resilience, focusing on gratitude and past successes to navigate future obstacles. Today, she views each change as an opportunity for growth and personal development.

DIANA ON FOSTERING INCLUSIVITY AND CROSS-CULTURAL DIALOGUE

A pressing issue in many communities is the lack of acceptance and understanding of different cultures, hindering social cohesion and diversity. Diana believes that better leaders can foster inclusivity by promoting cross-cultural dialogue and advocating for policies that celebrate diversity. Through educational initiatives, community events, and outreach programs, leaders can create spaces where people from different backgrounds feel valued and respected. By championing empathy, collaboration, and mutual respect, leaders can bridge divides and unite communities toward a more inclusive and harmonious future.
