Debby began her career at Accenture, where she discovered the importance of people in organizations. She explored leadership development and organizational culture at PwC before joining THNK, where she grows responsible leaders. Living in Amsterdam with her husband and children, Debby believes conscious leaders are essential to a better world and advocates for empathy, listening, and inclusion.
