CRISTINA AS A LEADER
Success is empowering others through a charismatic and empathetic approach, making people feel understood and appreciated without judgment.
Leadership is not telling people what they have to do.
Great Leaders are servant leaders.
The future of leadership is Inclusion, compassion, love.
When I think of a leader, I think of a role model.
UNDERSTAND YOUR PASSION, YOUR TALENT, IN WHAT YOU FUNDAMENTALLY BELIEVE AND GO FOR IT! DON'T GIVE UP.

CRISTINA ON WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Cristina maintains her work-life balance and mental health through consistent physical activity and mindfulness practices. She finds solace in running marathons and weekly forest runs, which help release stress and maintain a healthy balance. Leaders can take a cue from her by engaging in regular physical activity to manage stress and maintain physical health, as well as practicing mindfulness and meditation to stay grounded and focused, especially during challenging times. Cristina emphasizes that "sports and walking in nature help me a lot," showcasing the importance of these activities in her daily routine.
CRISTINA ON CHALLENGES AS A FOREIGN LEADER
As an international consultant working in various countries, she has often faced challenges that required her to prove her leadership skills. This has been particularly true in male-dominated industries, where she has had to demonstrate her competencies more rigorously.
She overcame these obstacles by working twice as hard, showcasing her experience and knowledge, and using these challenges as motivation to exceed expectations. Her resilience, combined with her ability to engage with people, build trust, and create successful team work, has been beneficial to create inclusive synergies, people performance improvement and a cornerstone of her leadership journey.
BEING A MOTHER, WHERE SERVANT LEADERSHIP AND INCLUSION BEGAN, MAKES ME A BETTER LEADER.
