CHRISTINE AS A LEADER
Success for me is about achieving personal goals while staying true to my values and ensuring my team feels supported and valued. My leadership is defined by my ability to inspire cultural evolution and foster an environment where every team member can thrive. This involves navigating daily challenges, mastering the human aspect of change, and being a role model for empathetic and inclusive leadership. My philosophy centers on the belief that authentically lived values are crucial for creating healthy and sustainable work environments.
Leadership is not linked to a title.
Great Leaders show a real interest in people.
The future of leadership is bright and challenging.
When I think of a leader, I think of a strong person with a big heart.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS SHOULD BE PART OF ANY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS OFFERED TO EMPLOYEES, NOT JUST THOSE WITH TITLES.
