CHALENE AS A LEADER
Leadership is about creating an environment where people can be their best selves and thrive.
Leadership is not just found in the boardroom.
Great Leaders take the time to understand people.
The future of leadership is empathetic, diverse, agile.
When I think of a leader, I think of me.
KNOW WHAT YOU STAND FOR AND STAND BY IT; MAKE THAT YOUR NORTH STAR SO YOU REMAIN STEADFAST ON YOUR JOURNEY.

CHALENE ON BALANCING PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE
Chalene navigates her work-life balance by waking up early to read the Bible and exercise before starting her workday. She emphasizes the importance of taking care of oneself first to be effective in professional roles. By maintaining an active social life and engaging in varied hobbies, she ensures a healthy balance in her mental and personal life.
CHALENE ON OVERCOMING PERFECTIONISM
One of Chalene's biggest challenges was overcoming the need for perfectionism. Initially, she believed that hard work and delivering to all people at all times would bring success. However, this mindset led to burnout. By shifting her approach and acknowledging that not everything can be perfect, she learned to say no and prioritize her well-being.
MY JOURNEY THROUGH EXPERIENCING 'BAD' LEADERS AND BURNING OUT HAS TAUGHT ME TO PRIORITIZE THE WELL-BEING AND DEVELOPMENT OF MY TEAM, ENSURING THEY NEVER FALL INTO THE SAME PATTERNS.
