She has 10 years of experience in consulting, most notably at Accenture, where she drove forward data-driven projects at clients for seven years and also took a leading role in HR as an Inclusion & Diversity Lead for the last three years. Her leadership is marked by a dedication to creating environments where everyone is empowered to be their authentic selves inside and outside of the workplace.

CATIE ON CREATING EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES
A significant highlight of Catie's career is designing and leading the Accenture Talent Track, an initiative aimed at creating equal opportunities for refugees in the Netherlands. This program has been a tremendous success, with 70% of participants being offered full-time contracts after a six-month traineeship. This initiative reflects Catie's commitment to addressing pressing community issues and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, seen, and heard. By focusing on systemic change, she has made a lasting impact on both the participants and the broader community.
