BETTINA AS A LEADER
Success is about being impactful and receiving valuable feedback from the environments I have worked in.
Leadership is not for everyone.
Great Leaders are lighthouses.
The future of leadership is authenticty/warmth ans inspiration.
When I think of a leader, I think of Nelson Mandella.
SEIZE OPPORTUNITIES—EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T FEEL FULLY READY.

BETTINA ON MENTAL HEALTH
I maintain a disciplined daily schedule, prioritizing tasks that add value and minimizing those that don’t. My day starts early—I'm a member of the 5 AM Club, inspired by Robin Sharma—and I ensure I get a good night's sleep. Cooking is a passion of mine, and I always make time for family and friends.
BETTINA ON SUPPORTING THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS
I am deeply committed to supporting and developing team members and organizations. To me, one of the most vital leadership responsibilities is fostering growth through people. This process is not only immensely rewarding but also personally fulfilling.
Seeing team members advance in their careers, securing exciting positions, and expressing gratitude for the support I've provided is my greatest source of joy.
WHAT MAKES ME A BETTER LEADER IS STAYING AUTHENTIC, KNOWING MY STRENGTHS AND LIMITATIONS, PRACTICING DISCIPLINE, GOING THE EXTRA MILE, AND REMAINING HUMBLE. WHEN I LET OTHERS SHINE, I SHINE TOO.
