BENGÜ AS A LEADER
Success, to me, is having a purpose in life. I feel successful when I achieve something that is aligned with my values and when I contribute in a meaningful way to the world and well-being of others.
Leadership is not management.
Great Leaders inspire.
The future of leadership is collaboration.
When I think of a leader, I think of compassion.
LEADERSHIP HAS DIFFERENT COLOURS AND ITS STYLE IS UNIQUE TO EVERYONE.

BENGU ON OVERCOMING THE CHALLENGES OF LEADERSHIP BY EMBRACING AUTHENTICITY
When Bengü first became a manager, she felt isolated and unsure about how to lead. Initially, she tried to emulate distant and serious leadership styles she had learned from others, but quickly realized they didn't align with her authentic self. By embracing honesty and being true to her own nature, she discovered that effective leadership is unique to each person, which enabled her to lead with authenticity and sincerity.
BENGU ON NAVIGATING IMPOSTER SYNDROME AND BUILDING CONFIDENCE
Bengü experienced Imposter Syndrome, doubting her qualifications as a leader. To overcome this, she focused on improving her perceived weaknesses by taking classes, seeking feedback, and reading extensively about leadership and self-help. This proactive approach not only helped her build confidence but also reinforced that such feelings are part of the growth process and can be used constructively.
I WORKED WITH MORE THAN 100 PEOPLE AS A PROFESSIONAL AND VOLUNTEER AT MIXER GALLERY AND WITH OVER 1000 ARTISTS IN THE LAST 15 YEARS.
