With a background in business administration and market research, Barbara has held executive management positions in international teams. She is dedicated to making workplaces more inclusive and diverse, advising companies in over 32 countries. Barbara also founded Impact of Diversity, a platform that connects initiatives, experts, and representatives from various sectors to promote diversity. Her leadership is defined by her commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, and empathy.
