Leadership is not taking charge.

Great Leaders listen and guide.

The future of leadership is the youth.

When I think of a leader, I think of Michelle Obama- managed the man, the family, the role and the white house.

AUDREY ON TRANSITIONING CAREERS AND FINDING FINANCIAL FULFILLMENT

One of Audrey's biggest challenges was transitioning from a financially rewarding career to one driven by passion and purpose. This move required faith and a deep belief that the shift would pay off over time. Initially, it was daunting to see success in a career that wasn’t as financially fulfilling as the previous one. However, Audrey tackled this challenge by focusing on the impact and aligning her new career with her core values. Through perseverance and strategic adjustments, she found financial fulfillment while making a meaningful difference in her field.

AUDREY ON BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE REVENUE MODEL

Another significant obstacle Audrey faced was developing a sustainable revenue model for her impact-focused organization, The Bedrock Program. Establishing financial stability while maintaining the mission to support youth development required numerous pivots and deep listening to understand market needs. Audrey identified what companies would pay for while ensuring the program made the biggest impact possible. By adapting and evolving her business strategies, she created a model that supports the organization's longevity and effectiveness, ensuring continued growth and development.
