ANTONELLA ON CHALLENGES OF BEING A FEMALE LEADER IN A MALE-DOMINATED INDUSTRY
One of the biggest challenges Antonella faced was navigating a male-dominated industry. Initially, she emulated masculine ways of working, which led to burnout. Understanding the importance of embracing her unique leadership style helped her tackle this challenge. By valuing empathy, collaboration, and authenticity, she built a supportive and inclusive environment.
ANTONELLA ON IMPACT OF MOTHERHOOD ON LEADERSHIP STYLE
Motherhood significantly influenced Antonella's leadership style, teaching her patience, empathy, and the importance of planning. She learned to balance work and parenting by understanding the necessity of self-care and seeking support from a community of working mothers. This experience allowed her to develop a more compassionate and understanding approach to leadership.
