ANNA ON TRANSFORMING CHALLENGES INTO OPPORTUNITIES
One of Anna's most significant career challenges occurred during the coronavirus pandemic. After three years of building DaVinciLab, a maker space for digital skills, the pandemic nearly wiped out all progress overnight. Instead of relying solely on subsidies, Anna and her team spent six months digitizing their resources, which led to the creation of the coding platform DaVinciLab TalentsLounge. This platform enabled them to continue their mission of teaching digital skills remotely. Additionally, they founded Apprentigo, realizing that their hackathons for apprentices could be conducted using a blended learning concept supported by their platform. This experience underscores Anna's resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity.

Anna's companies, DaVinciLab and Apprentigo, focus on equipping the younger generation with essential digital skills.
