Starting as a newcomer in People & Culture, Anita had to quickly learn "hardcore HR" topics like labor law. She tackled this challenge by being open about her shortcomings and showing eagerness to learn. Her transparency and dedication gained her the respect of stakeholders. This experience taught her the value of openness and perseverance in building strong professional relationships and gaining expertise.
