Alla Teliha is a serial entrepreneur, Co-Founder, and CEO of Halia Baluvana and Wesoła Pani — franchising chains in Ukraine and the EU. Starting her business journey in 2012 with a small cafe, she expanded into various restaurant ventures and eventually established a successful franchise selling delicious frozen meals. Now with over 950 stores across Ukraine, Poland, Netherlands, and Latvia, Alla continues to drive growth and inspire others.
