ALIDA AS A LEADER

Success is a moving target. I attribute my career success to leaders who believed in me, provided mentorship, and supported me in proving myself.

Leadership is not authority.

Great Leaders genuine.

The future of leadership is embracing change.

When I think of a leader, I think of Michelle Obama.

ALIDA ON PRIORITIZING HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

Alida believes people should be selective with whom they spend time, prioritize health and well-being, and create a personal board of directors for different life elements. She works harder when uncomfortable, embraces uncertainty and trusts herself.

ALIDA ON DEVELOPING A GREAT CULTURE

Alida thinks it can be difficult to balance different skills and capabilities, provide learning opportunities, and uphold high standards. But with empathy, transparency, and motivation, leaders can make it work.
